Giuliani Security & Safety Asia (GSSA) was founded in June 2006 through a joint venture between Giuliani Partners, a U.S. management consulting firm, and Forval Corporation, a Tokyo-based provider of comprehensive broadband solutions. GSSA benefits from the combination of Giuliani Partners' expertise in the areas of physical security, emergency preparedness, fire and life safety, and crisis management with Forval's expertise in information technology, Japanese market knowledge and localization know-how. GSSA is well-positioned to assist Japanese companies in addressing security risks and associated safety risks by applying internationally recognized standards and best practices. GSSA is also preparing to introduce its comprehensive security and safety consulting services to South Korea and China.
